If you've asked yourself these questions before - whether unemployed or underemployed - perhaps it's time you talked to us at the BETC.  

Finding out what you like to do and what kinds of things you're particularly good at is where career counseling and assessment begins. Our Career Counselors are experts at helping you determine how best to continually develop your talents and market your skills.  

Together we review your education and previous work experience. Any strengths, talents or special interests you'd like to talk about? Tell us about them all, as well as any career aspirations. We’re great listeners too.

Career planning and skills assessment services are designed to help you identify and pursue the right career direction.  

Armed with skill assessments, an interest inventory and work related values assessment, you'll be able to answer an age-old interview question: "Tell me a little bit about yourself."  

We'll help you create a personal profile and customized career plan that outlines your career goals and steps you need to accomplish them. Whatever your job skills, talents, or special interests, we make planning for rewarding career easy for you.
