The Steps to Succeed, Steps to Achieve Academy prepares societal re-entry individuals for gainful employment. The program which provides workshops and individual mentoring are major components in identifying and addressing the unique barriers these individuals face. Partnering employers may be eligible for federal and state incentive programs, including bonding insurance, work opportunity tax credits, on-the job training funding, and drug testing reimbursement.
