Effective programming requires strong business and community engagement. We work hard to strengthen employer relationships and partner with business advocacy associations including the BNMA, Visit Buffalo Niagara, Local Chambers of Commerce, ECIDA, Empire State Development, Regional Economic Development Councils, NYATEP, Tech Buffalo, Construction Exchange, Invest Buffalo Niagara, The New York State Business Council Buffalo Niagara Hotel Lodging Association, The Buffalo Niagara Partnership, The New York State Department of Labor and more, to identify skill gaps and training needs. These partnerships drive our work and assist in creating targeted-curriculum that meet growing industry needs.
